Captep is a digital platform by Merfantz providing various AI tools integrations features here, such as data processing, content creation tools, etc. By subscribing to our services, whether free or paid, you agree to:

3. Eligibility to Use

You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not restricted from receiving services under applicable law. If you are a minor, this Agreement should be reviewed by a legal guardian or parent, who will be bound by this Agreement on your behalf.

Merfantz reserves the right to refuse or terminate access to the Website for any user at any time without assigning any reason.

All payments are to be made in INR, unless otherwise specified. Any applicable taxes will be borne by you.

 

8. Subscription and Cancellation

 

Paid services may auto-renew unless you disable the auto-renewal option. You may cancel your registration anytime, which will come into effect after the end of the paid subscription period. Refunds are issued only within 3 business days from the date of purchase if less than 20% of content has been consumed or if no design or domain services have been used.

9. Use of Content

Merfantz grants a non-exclusive right to view, download, and print the content on the Website for personal, informational, and internal purposes only. You are not allowed to modify or distribute the content in any form. Content generation is subject to a fair usage limit as specified by Merfantz.
